"I called the State Farm office in mid-May to set up an appointment, to consider changing my insurance coverage from Farmer’s to State Farm by the first of June. I spoke with Lauren DeLaTorre, who asked me several questions about my home and auto, quickly prepared and e-mailed me an excellent quote for insurance coverage which mirrored my Farmers insurance, and set up a meeting with Jessica Zapata. I was very favorably impressed during my meeting with Jessica; she was very knowledgeable, capable, and personable. She compared the proposed State Farm coverage to my existing Farmer’s coverage, on a line-by-line basis, made adjustments that I requested and/or which she suggested, and prepared a revised quote for my consideration and discussion with my wife. We met with Jessica a few days later; again, she was very personable and capable. She easily answered all our questions then prepared the documents needed to provide Homeowners, Auto, and Personal Liability insurance to my wife and me at rates that save me more than $1250 per year, as compared to the Farmer’s rates. I cancelled the existing Farmer’s policies when the State Farm policies became effective and received a refund of $1321. I highly recommend working with Jessica Zapata to address your insurance needs and to receive remarkable service."
